What is PermiShare ?
PermiShare is a web-based tool and mobile app created specifically for motor carrier compliance managers, administrators, safety personnel and their mobile workforce. Portal users can organize, renew and share company, driver and vehicle authorities, licenses, permits, plating credentials and motor carrier specific tax documents and information. When adding a document you are prompted to set an expiry and you will receive automated email alerts to ensure you are always up to date and compliant.
Drivers can download the PermiShare mobile app for free and have instant, secure access to electronic credentials, as determined by administrators, while out on the road.
What does my subscription include?
Your monthly subscription includes 1 admin login to the PermiShare portal and the ability to manage the number of assets in your plan. PermiShare users have the ability to create unlimited login credentials for your team and can customize the amount of access/permissions each user receives. Each subscription includes free access to the PermiShare mobile app, available on Android and iOS, for your drivers.
What is an asset?
An asset is a motor vehicle or trailer. Assets include tractors, straight trucks, buses, tow-trucks, pickups, utility/service vehicles and cars. Trailers of all types – dry vans, refers, flat bed, drop decks etc are also considered assets.

How is PermiShare billed?
PermiShare is billed on a monthly recurring basis. The amount you pay is determined by the number of assets (motor vehicles & trailers) you have in your account during each billing period.
What if I upgrade my plan during the billing cycle?
PermiShare admin users can increase their plan at anytime during the month. If you move to the next plan during your billing cycle you will not be charged until the next billing cycle begins.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No! PermiShare does not require a contractual obligation. Users are billed on a monthly basis and can cancel at any time.
Do I need to download or install anything?
The PermiShare Portal is web-based with all of your permits, information and documents securely stored in the cloud. You have full access to PermiShare anywhere you have access to a web browser. Once setup by an administrator, your drivers and mobile workers will download and install the companion PermiShare App (available on Android and iOS) to their mobile devices and gain access to all authorized credentials and information anytime, anywhere.
